About this speaker
Dr Furman is a psychiatrist from Helsinki Finland and an internationally active teacher of solution-focused psychology, coaching and organizational development. Together with his long-time colleague, Tapani Ahola, he has developed, among other things, a popular solution-focused coaching model called "Reteaming" and a collaboration skills training program called "cooperation training".
