Teams have more and more of a mixed cultural background and that can generate misunderstandings and even conflict. A team coaching session supports building a common picture and a common goal.
PWC study showed that Gen Z and millennials see a future where remote work is a given. More than that 45% of Gen Z would give 10% ore more to work from everywhere. Remote teams need to find their own way of working and communication to ensure overcoming the deficits that can be generated by remote work.
Also, companies need innovation. They need teams that can re-invent themselves and the way they work together.
That brings up the role that coaching and especially team coaching has in supporting organizational development and ensuring that the foundation for successful teams that need psychological safety, gets created.
